Wednesday, May 4, 3 p.m. ET Drew Bledsoe, founder and owner, Bledsoe Wine Estates, hosted by senior editor Tim Fish. Drew Bledsoe has been making winning wines for more than decade. After the All-Pro New England Patriots quarterback retired in 2007, he founded Doubleback in Walla Walla, Wash., near where he grew up. In 2019, he launched an Oregon Pinot Noir label called Bledsoe-McDaniels together with winemaker Josh McDaniels. And just last year, they purchased an 80-acre Willamette Valley vineyard to expand the Oregon project.
Straight Talk with Wine Spectator is an Instagram Live series that feature discussions with wine and food newsmakers. This live chat series began during the COVID-19 crisis in order to shed light on the challenges these industries faced and now Wine Spectator has expanded Straight Talk into regularly scheduled programming.
